The CORE suit is ideal for indoor cycling and running heat training. There are two suits in each package.
The specially designed garment becomes a 'portable environmental chamber' and allows you to elevate your core body temperature faster with less physical effort. Having the right amount of thermal load significantly helps physiological adaptation when the goal is to increase athletic performance.
The disposable suits can be used several times before being replaced.
Each package contains two CORE suits.
Sizing:
M: fits most people up to about 182cm / 6 ft.
L-XL: fits most people over 182cm / 6 ft(If in doubt, size down)
Heat Training with the CORE suitAny heat training should be conducted under the advice of medical professionals and guidance from an experienced coach. This includes training with the CORE suit. Effective heat training is based on reaching the core body temperature which is your ideal heat training zone and is a safe level. We provide information to help identify your heat training zone.
Important Warning:Overexposure to high temperatures can be dangerous to your health and the use of this product can lead to dehydration, heat stroke, heat exhaustion, and other heat-related illnesses, and in extreme cases death.
To reduce the risk of overheating and dehydration drink plenty of water before, during and after the use of the suit. If you notice dizziness, vomiting, muscle cramps, nausea, and/or fainting, stop using the suit and seek emergency medical help immediately.
If you are over 65, suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory condition, and/or under medical treatment, please do not use the suit without consulting a physician or a healthcare provider. Pregnant women and children (under the age of 18) should not use the suit under any circumstance.
This is not a toy. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep the suit out of reach of babies and young children.
